A moth on a window. I think that the out of focus dunes in the background keep this picture interesting. But I really wish I had had a macro lens.

at first glance i didn't think there was a window involved, just a dive-bombing moth caught in mid-air. for a simple subject, there's something about the composition and the difference in value (dark moth, pale landscape) that is compelling.
